To have legal wise policy is useless
It is so useless to have a policy with them,they are incompetent, my car is with the insurance for 5months now fixing just a windscreen,i reported it to legal wise and each an every time i call them they give me new person to help me. My case has not been solved for 3moths now

Thieves
Lunga was not updating me,they waited for parts for 3 weeks. My car had a damaged bonnet and a bumper bt they stripped it under the carriage and now there is a exhaust hanger missing,my exhaust is low to the ground. They said they did not touch the car under carriage but i can see that they stripped it and there are missing *****s which shows that they touch the under carriage.i think they took some other parts from my car

Reporting crooks
They kept my car for 3months after accident, they sent to Technostar, my car came back with broken exhaust hanger and my exhaust is low to the ground,my aircon is not working, when i took my car back to Technostar they said they never touched exhaust,and Iwyze insurance refused to fix it

I would like to share a best service I got from Iwyze Car Insurance Assessor called Kreban Govender, he kept updating me about what is happening with my claim,he also helped me get the information that my tracker was refusing to give me. Finally it has been approved, thanks Kreban keep on doing good job

Poor service
My car had hail damage dents, they took it for repairs and it has been there for 4 weeks now. They don't update me, when I call their office they ask me to leave my car registration and my phone number and promise that they phone me back bt they don't
