Consultants not giving correct information - time wasters and money takers
Telkom wastes time. I lost my sin card for my mobile router for wifi. I asked two consultants and they said I should have a non Rica sin card, which you can get at any shop. I got the Sim card, and called telkom and held on for 45 minutes plus just for another consultant to tell me I need a Rica dim card? So who does not know how to do their job? Please advise, because we struggled in the past to even just cancel the contract as well with extra fees and a lot of stories.

Slow and disappointing service
Disappointed in the services of this network provider. They deactivate your services very quickly when it is behind but they take more than two days to activate your account when you pay your account up to date. Feedback are very slow and the urgency is not placed in assisting the customer.

Altech Netstar! Deducted money two years after cancellation!
Bad experience. This company takes money a year after it has been cancelled, out of the blue. The worst part is if you block the debit order and dispute it with the specific amount the make the amount higher so that a new debit order can deduct, and when you don't budget for this deduction your bank charges you penalty fees if you don't have the funds available which means we just lose money. They never deducted money as it has been cancelled 2017 and now all of the sudden in 2019 they deduct the money! The car we used to drive has been sold a year and a half ago. This company is very unprofessional and sly! I would not recommend them at all.

Loanfinder _ Taking money for no reason
If I had the option to out no stars I would! Loan finder deducted money from my account without me agreeing to anything. Do not trust loan finder as who knows hoe much they will deduct from someone else next time. After I just searched around on their web suddenly a million loan companies are calling me. It's quite irritating and interruptive as I don't answer my phone anymore due to this.
