Most incompetent customer service I've experienced. Their website lies about their lte coverage They don't get back to you after you log a complaint "CellC for yourself" is quite accurate since you're on your own with their issues
Good day I hope you well Let me start by saying that the service we experienced at Ninos Westwood Mall in Durban will be a fathers day that we will never forget 1. I ordered a plunger coffee and 25 minutes later, (after i enquired as to why it's taking so long) I was informed that the glass for the plunger had broken. 25 minutes later?? Were they waiting for the coffee to be delivered from the headoffice ??? 2. Drinks took more than 20 minutes to come. 3. 2/10 ordered had come. They mixed it up and messed everything around. We had asked for eggs sunny side up and they had brought scrambled eggs. Then 10 minutes later, they brought eggs that look like they've been cracked straight onto the plate 4. We had asked for the manager. Nobody had come. I had asked on MULTIPLE occasions to see the page on which the order was written on, nothing. I eventually phoned the branch, and asked the manager to please come to my table as the waiter table absolutely useless She eventually came to attend then problem Further more, the waiter refused to show us the paper on which he has written down the order, and eventually told us he had, wait for it, THROWN THE PAGE AWAY???? Is that the quality of the staff you employ ?? And he said " it was a small mistake" a small mistake does not result in messing up the order 5. A bowl of muesli took over an hour to come. Seriously??? 6. One waiter had taken our order, and different waiters brought them, mixing everything up 7. Up till now nobody had explained why the service was bad. Nor tried to compensate us in anyway. The service was absolutely disgusting. The food came in dribs and drabs. Half of us had finished eating and the rest hadn't received any food not drinks yet. The least you can do is explain to me what was going on. Phone the branch and find out why we were treated with absolutely respect. Customers had asked the waiter 30 minutes after ordering if their meals had started being prepared. I take from their actions of walking out, that the meals had been forgotten, or a more accurate word, neglected The standard of service made me sick. Nobody came back to ask if we are fine or needed anything else. It took them 10 minutes to bring a 2 glasses of water just btw. And on fathers day too. A day meant to be a happy day for all the fathers that attended. But the customer service at the Westwood was very disappointing I would like to see what sort of rectification or compensation there is to offer because I will never go back there. Thank you Sohail
