Horrific experience at Uvongo river resort
The place is not family friendly. We were threatened by 6 armed security guards for talking as a family. We were not given a noise warning, rather we were told that we would be removed from the property. We asked for the rule that was contravened by us and we were told to shut up and sleep. What a wasted experience.

Horror of cancelling a Telkom contract
Horrible experience to cancel my contract with Telkom. My contract ended end of September and I did the online cancellation because I was unable to get hold of any agents even after numerous calls and requests for a call back. To date, the contract has still not been cancelled!!!

Disgusting service
The service i have received from telkom is disgusting. Simple billing and one cannot get help. My monthly payment has gone up without any communication from telkom, i have been waiting for over an hour for help and no one has helped. I am definately cancelling my contract. Bunch of useless people.

Absolute Nonsence
I needed money for a surgical procedure and i applied with loan hub to see if i qualify, within minutes of applying i was told that i do not qualify because i do not have a credit rating. Now they have deducted R399.00 from my account saying that i have a service agreement with them. What nonsense, when doing the application there was no indication of the formation of a contractual agreement. You people scam people of their hard earned money, if i do not have a credit rating there is no place that can offer me a loan and yet you say i must pay for services for a loan
