How can you take ebucks away from checkers... Forcing me to Use Pick n pay. Here in Paarl their delivery service gives the ****tiest delivery. Not once have i gotten my delivery without AWhole day worth of phone calls. Now you force me to use them!!!!?
Third time! Third time pick n pay asap lets me down! Its no secret that financially pick n pay is not doing the best and closing shops. Then you get idiots like me, still trying to support you! But no more. When after i phoned in an hour ago saying im not receiving me order and was promised it will still be delivered. No at 7:30pm i have to make a plan with food? As if your apologies will now sort out dinner tonight. Not once has checkers let me down like this.. I wil never make use of you again . im quite sure im not the only customer that feels like this
I had a transaction go off my account a month after i visited the shop. I spoke to Nomonde Mokwebo and she explained there was a problem with virtual cards. But something still doesnt make sense with my balance. Also when i click on transaction date it doesnt show the right transaction date. SHe became so ****** rude when i said to her im not satisfied and she said issue is resolved . i tild her she will not speak to me luke im a ****** dog!!!!!
How is this possible that a businesses doesnt answer the phones at 8am? This after 2 email, 2 days apart, trying to find out how I can place an order, with NOBODY getting back to me? I finally found the online shop, but after almost 2 days of no notification on the order process, I yet again cant find anybody to talk to? How can after sales be so bad on products so freaking expensive?
I requested a technician on 2 Feb 23. On 3Feb 23 Tarek Hejazy replied asking for all the relevant Info about the printer which I send back the same day. He replied again and said he shared the details with the relevant team and will be in contact. I received a reply yesterday, 22 Feb 23, from Tarek saying; "Thank you for your patience, Unfortunately this model has reached end of support and we would not be able to assist with your requirement " seriously? Besides being a whole lot of bull that I can't be helped, but to take 14 WORKING days to just tell me that? This service was for an international client. Does HP and HP international know this is the type of service you supply?
Good morning Can you please tell me why I have to wait this long to try and change my account to a fusion account? I went into the Paarl branch at the mall on 5 Jan 21. The consultant was very helpful and while I was there she sent an email to the credit department because there is a hold on my account. I assume it's because I'm in arrangement to pay off my overdraft. So the consultant said she must speak to whomever put the hold on my account. She emailed them then and there and said she will let me know as soon as she gets a reply. This morning she let me know she is still waiting for a reply. This is unacceptable! 2 weeks to just find out if I can or cannot change my account? And still no answer?!
My 1st time claiming. It was quick with no hassles. I was updated the whole time and within the same day Chantell Scheepers who handled my claim, gave me a call and a breakdown of what was being paid. Great and friendly service!
I've send a parcel on the 8th of Aug, and as of this morning, 24 Aug, IT IS STILL NOT AT ITS DESTINATION. It usually takes 4 days. So it was delivered at the wrong postnet on the 12th. Simone in Sandton/Randburg postnet signed and received it. After 3 days I had to search for the parcel. Postnet itself couldn't notice, nor did clever Simone that it was delivered at the wrong postnet. It was redirected then... handed over to a 3rd party on the 21st ONLY.. HOW REDICULOUS IS THAT?! After countless phonecalls and emails, I'm still waiting for it to be delivered and all that is being said is sorry..
From the 1st call, to quote, to call back, Nicky Pretorius was so helpful and friendly and I feel she gave me very good advice on things I couldn't make my mind up on, with the reassurance that I can change it at any time. I was very happy with the different options Dotsure offers and I'm feeling less worried with them 'looking after' my pup. Thank you!
