Omw... there are so many negative reviews... adding another one wont make a difference I'm sure.... but it really is terrible... the keywest branch is hilarious how stupid people can't operate the phone lines... the worst of all is, they don't care about complaints... they making enough money so why would they...
Wow... good service is hard to come by these days... but i received excellent feedback so far from these guys... thank you for people who still care more about their customers than their pay slip!
bad, very bad... bought a cut off saw, used it twice and its ******ed... now they want to send it for repairs takes between 30 and 60 days... dont buy macafric products, cheap rip off from china... very very dissapointed... spent alot of money in that store. :((
ITS A CRAZY WORLD OUT THERE... SERVICE IS HARD TO COME BY. WENT TO CENTURION BMW WORKSHOP JUST FOR A QUOTE, THE LADY SAID NO THE SYSTEM IS OFFLINE SHE CANT HELP ME?? DIDNT EVEN MAKE AN EFFORT TO MAYBE ASK FOR MY EMAIL SO MAYBE THEY COULD SENT IT LATER??? THIS IS A HUGE COMPANY WITH PROBABLY THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS. MAYBE THATS THE PROBLEM, RIGHT? I JUST BOUGHT A 320I... IM A BIT WORRIED NOW TO BE HONEST... ANYWAY... THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE!
OMW...its the beginning of the end for these guys...no where in South Africa will you get worse service and less trained staff than here...they know it though thats why no one ever replies to complaints...its sad though...they used to be awesome...30 years ago!!!
These guys simply do not communicate and without consent start taking money off your account...dont ever give your account details...they'll say they need it to secure a loan for you and that someone will be calling you soon...i'm still waiting and in the mean time money is going off my account for who knows what???
