KFC IN IRENE mall has dropped their standard. Yesterday I had my 4th incident with them. I ordered a strip mega box yesterday on the 23rd December 2025 at 18:05. I was told they still need to prepare so I waited at the parking . At 18:20 I went to check inside the shop i was told ti wait 2min it will be ready. I went back to my car and waited at 18:35 my order wasn't ready so I went back in to ask as all people who came before me and 3more after me received their orders. I was upset as this is not he first time with this branch. I canceled my order and left i was so upset I even left without to collecting my money. This store is really no longer what it use to be. 2 other times I was given wrong order only realized when I get to work. This place is disappointing.

This morning a man by the name Sidwell called to say he is about to resolve the issue. Now I call in a lady named Palesa confirmed that although my account shows up to date they can not give me a paid up letter because I skipped a payment last year in August then 1st week in September went to pay. But it was never updated because it was not handed over so now I have to wait 3months for my credit to be resolved....so meaning cell c would have left my information not updated if I had not call in.bits been 9months since I canceled the contact now they blame me for skipping a payment that I fixed 10months ago. So I have to wait I can't make loan for my studies.
My last contract with Cell c was last year which ended October 2024. But cell c have not updated their system. Now im trying to access a loan to pay my studies I can't because cell c reflects as if I owe them. I called and even went to their shop in the mall they claim they can't help. Aluminum need is a official letter to say I dont owe them. I need to pay for my fees they blocking me.
Woolworths is the best as most will agree. I bought a Tripple layered Chocolate gateu from Woolworths in centurion mall . The expiring date was 26/01/2025 I bought it on the 22/01/2025 but the cake tastes old and the out layer was very stale no way I would finish the cake. Who ever their bakery is did a bad job.
I requested refund to my bank account after I was not happy with the product I purchased which I returned. I had R1 948 takealot.com only paid me R50 into my bank account, the rest is not there. I don'tunderstand how this business works I'm not happy at all I want my money.
I called the tracker to query my account, I miss understood what was heppaning and the lady works for tracker she clearly understands how their system works but doesn't have tje patience and a good way to explain, speaks harshly rudely and impatience. No way to speak to anyone.
I have been with cell c using their contract, now I called in to cancel my contract since I'm no longer interested in their services, after a few days , a cell c contract line calls me to advise me to upgrade, I then told the consultant that I have canceled the contract few days ago, he then advise ls me that nothing was done, so the previous consultant ****, then the same person immediately hangs up so that I don't get a chance to resolve this. I understand that cell c I having financial problems and stability, but so is everyone, I can't afford their poor service network. Cell c cancel my contract now
Well have been with vodacom for a long time renewing contract for about years So I decided to cancel the contact after I was done the with my last contract, I was given the last amount to pay of which I went to pay. Now as usual there is something you might owe in my case it was about R3.90. Vodacom did not inform me about the R3.90 and instead waited till it was time to hand me over to their lawyers and the fine went upto R170. For all the 6 years I paid more the R600 pm for my contract this is how they thank me. How professional.
These people have been calling since last year before June, the are just harrasing me, calling asking for a name I don't even know they so persistent and continue calling everyday. I went to open a case against them today.
