I settled my car on the 1st of December 2024. After communicating that to the relevant parties, they informed me that I had to pay an additional R384.00 for the Natis document, which I paid on the 11th of December 2024. They asked me whether I want the documents couriered or whether I would collect the documents. Seeing as I was working from home in December I opted to collect the documents. Needless to say, after numerous unanswered emails, I still have not received my Natis documents. Is this the way TFS are doing business? It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this level of unprofessionalism.
The site is designed for Neanderthals. It allows too many ****mers on who are geared to ***** your money with **** Fiverr emails and websites. And when you get through to honest buyers trying to send you money, Fiverr asks you to verify your bank card by debiting ALL the money you have on your card (stating they will repay you) and then tell you you need to top-up with another €100 to verify further, even though you have no money left from their plundering. They still have not refunded me. To this day could never finalise an order due to that.
On 2018.08.01 I came to KFC in Ermelo just to be told they have no more chicken left. On 2018.08.02 I am waiting 40 minutes in the drive through line. I’m not helped nor can I leave the line. PATHETIC.
