Disgusted in unprofessional receptionist.
The receptionist at this practice is very unprofessional and rude. She hung up the phone on me when I had a query.

Excellent meat products
I can always find fresh meat by them. The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite.

Disappointed in service.
3 days later and. Have still not received a quotation. They don't have a courtesy car I can used and are really not bothered about either.

Insurance premiums
When I logged into my app there was a message for me that my drivers licence was not registered on their system and my car was not covered. After phoning First for Women and answering all the questions about my licence I was told my premium was going up. For someone who does not claim I find this unacceptable and if First for Women need more money to make profit they should look for new customers and not take more from their loyal customers.
