On the 4th of April, I was ****med everything that was in my bank account by a credit who claimed to be working for BTS which is a money lender. I was told by discovery that the only way for them to assist me is to open up a case at SAPS with an affidavit to prove that I have been ****med. Discovery Bank is the worst bank I have ever banked with, they do not know anything about empathy and customer services which is disgusting as I have been with them for 3 years, 😭😭😭I'm not continuing with this bank and who ever has or is thinking of joining them. I urge you to stay away as they even know that I was ****med by one of their customers. Disgusting people and services.
I am very disappointed in this organization as I really was enquiring about how they can help me. I was then forced to make payment which was not within my means. I was then told to cancel the request, I need to pay them the same amount of money to be released from a contract that I have not agreed to being a part of. I am not able to get any assistance as they have blacklisted me from other debt counseling companies that can help me. From 22 September 2022. No one seems to be able to help me.
I ordered food and paid for it on my card n I was debited, this app did not process the order on the card option but said I need to pay cash after me being charged. Pathetic assistance from support as they told the driver to dispose of the food after I Paid R207. 59 this is wrong as the driver is liable to pay.
We ordered a pizza from orderin and they had mixed up our order and gave us a salad instead of a large pizza monsterito and when the pizza finnally arrived the pizza was as disgusting as if it was tossed in the box....and we have been waiting over 2hours for the pizza
