MATTRESS HAVEN
Mattress Haven sells off E-Bay. They do not supply the product featured in their advert - it looks different and is not to spec. Their modus operandi appears to be to get you to purchase the product online and then offer a replacement product at a much higher price - PLUS you have to pay for the return of the product which comes rolled, but clearly won't be rolled on returning and thus would cost a fortune to courier back. They did not deliver on time either- so the first night in our home, we slept on the sofa. Be very wary of this company.

ASSESSOR - Musarath Paruk-Kruger
I was very impressed with Discovery Insure's assessor Mouse (Musarath Paruk-Kruger) was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept me informed of all progress on my claim and even took time after hours to keep me in the loop. She was efficient and ensured that I didn't have to chase up the panel beaters, but did so on my behalf. I would recommend Discovery Insure purely based on her performance.
