Getting a place with a view and is value for is more than what we thought we would get for our Friendship Vacation Celebration when we booked at the Stirling Manor. In celebration of a decade of Friendship my friend and I planned a getaway not far from JHB. After the struggling of getting accommodation, we got through to Melissa who was a STAR, patient and extremely helpful with getting us the room we actually wanted. To top the experience off we were welcomed warmly by Irene who took great care of us for the remainder of our stay. Irene was a mother away from home and till this day I can't think of anyone who serves with so much love. A big shout out to Willy for being the arms of steel we needed each time we needed help and to the entire team we appreciated each and every one of you and will most defs be coming back and referring our friends and family.
I want to give a big S/O and applaud Musa (Ding ****) from Markam Eastagate Mall for his enthusiastic attitude towards assisting us with a purchase on Friday 9 May. Though it took us longer than anticipated to use their online system he kept his charisma and willingness to assist throughout the delay. Together with Musa Thank you to Grace and Sfiso for the willingness to also assist! A 10/10 for service 👏🏽
3 months later and I have paid 3 times but have never experienced any service from Accelerit. When I call, I get responses like service is down, we will have a technician call you and come over and then the icing on the cake the technicians lie and say they have come to check connection problems, and everything is working BUT PURE LIES. You could even think they are running their service from a garage because they will debit on time, but you will NEVER EVER experience the internet. This is pure criminal behaviour and would never in a million years recommend this service provider because they provide no service. They can be sure that I will cancel this service!!!!

For months I have been putting off writing this review because of the little faith I had left in Telkom. The beginning of October 2018 I took up a contract with Telkom changing from my old service provider because of the good deals they had but that was the biggest mistake i ever made. I went to a Telkom branch to do a number change and the consultant that was helping me was extremely rude. Letting that go I then got my 1st invoice and the amount that was there had extra fees on it but I understood as the call centre agent explained that its a data charge plus the object fee. Then on my second invoice I was charged double the amount and when I called I was told about the being systems are offline...For the past 3 months Telkom has been invoicing me double the amount of money agreed on for that contract without even communicating with me. Today I was about a promotion they were running that I was paying for which was supposed to be free...This contract is a frustration and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! Dont be fooled by their lousy cheap deals because at the end of the day it feels like a monthly scam. I dont even think I will wait for my contract to run out, I am going to pay it off and go back to old service provider. They run their business like the black market, no communication whatsoever but all they know is to take money and provide a really ****py service. Worst contract ever! I am done with this.
I just have joy writing this review because of the help I received from Tshepiso. After my accident on the 7 August 2018 it only took a few minutes for Miway to make contact with me, before anthing else Tshepiso was concerned about how I was doing and had the accident injured me or not. I know I still have to get my car fixed and all but I have faith knowing that it is in good hands. To Miway and its employees continue with the good work, your service is appreciated.
