I understood that Bluetti supplies a good product. The problem is that I cannot seem to get delivery of the product I purchased more and a week ago. I was advised that it is at their distribution centre in Cape Town. Same geographic area I am in. Many emails and some promises and I am still without the products I ordered and paid for. If I want to cancel that order due to non delivery I apparently have to pay a penalty? I paid for the product, do I really need to wait 3 weeks for a CT to CT delivery? Their stated delivery is 2-5 days from order. Not met with. Very worrying is their lack of willingness to solve their delivery problem. I regret placing that order. Other people need to be made aware of this.
Can one to lower than 1 star? This is a truly BAD company. They stopped tracking of my vehicle. When I phoned to have them check I was told tracking was happening and all was well. When I asked where they thought I was it was about 600*km from my actual location. Effectively they cancelled the contract with me by not delivering the service, effectively invalidating my insurance. They promised to fix it but did not meet the mutually agreed deadline. No feedback of course! I am still being charged! I told them in writing to stop the debit order on my account immediately, which they have not done. I stopped it at my bank and now I'm being harassed for payment???? Looking deeper, I see I am by no means the only person this has happened to! My advice for people looking at a tracking device? Steer well clear of Netstar!
First time I used this company. I am shocked. They advertised an item for sale that was not in stock and accepted payment for that item. At the time the order placed that item was not available at the supplier so this was done with no cer*****y they could supply at all. There was no indication that there might be a lead time either. Now I am being told they are awaiting the item from the supplier. The amount is big. There is no guaranteed delivery date now and I am promised 'in 2 days' now it has become 'awaiting item from supplier, we'll let you know when'. With the holidays coming up it would now appear likely that they will not be able to deliver to me before the new year. This is unacceptable for an item of this cost. I requested immediate return of the payment made, a request that is being ignored - not acknowledged at all. People beware............. they may be the 'top camera store in SA' but no company should sell something they do not have unless they state upfront that they are wating for stock!!
I would like to warn unsuspecting consumers about the poor quality of new Karcher equipment. This used to be a quality brand, but not any longer. Coupled with this is extremely poor customer service. I purchased a very expensive 'premium' cleaner that had a 2 year guarantee. At least it did when I purchased it. Now that is denied and the cleaner's motor has blown. They blame me for apparently not doing something not required in the used manual but something I did in any event as 'good practice'. So essentially they are closing their eyes to their legal responsibilities and calling me a liar.
