They probably have the worst online service ever, can’t believe in 2025 we still have establishments that don’t invest in online services.
I’m so disappointed in Mr Price Home, bought a blanket a few weeks ago, started using it last week and it’s shedding lint like crazy, I can’t change my clothes next to the bed, I can’t use it in my couch, this is so frustrating considering the amount of money we pay for it.
I just had it with MTN, I’m overcharged on my account and every time you try to call they move you from one useless person to another, I was charged more than double what I was supposed to pay

They have been charging me since December 2021 and I want my money back

I dropped my car for service this morning, I have a service plan with Motorite, I confirmed if the dealer takes Motorite and they said they do, now we're both on the line to get authorization, I used over R200 airtime today and I'm still on hold to talk to someone at claims, the dealer has been on hold since morning, this means I won't have transport tomorrow. Why are they in this business at all, this was supposed to be done in the morning. I'm driving to their offices now for that authorization
I don't understand how I have to lose my connection and lose my daily business because of this incompetence from MTN. I paid my monthly bill through the app on the 1st of September and I woke to non functional phones on the 4th, this is just frustrating because when you pay through the MTN app, they send you an approval email and the second thing is their Huawei promo scam which is just a big lie, bought a new phone a month ago and I still don't know when will I get the mentioned Superbalist voucher
I love this app but they need to change the menu to live stock, where they only display items which are in stock, I'm still waiting for my refund from last month.
