After taking out my kids layby I realised that one of the pants don't fit so I went back to power clothing in kagiso Mall to exchange for a bigger size only to find out they don't have the same pants so I took a Jean for him. I asked my daughter to return the jeans because my son don't like those pants. Only to be told we already exchanged so we are not allowed to change again. There slip doesn't display how many times you can change even if you read there terms and conditions these nothing about this. I've sent an email and still haven't received a response.

I received the worst service ever at clicks pharmacy cradlestone. I went to them yesterday and the lady helping me told me my medical aid don't have funds with an attitude. Later yesterday I got an email that clicks claimed from my medical aid. I went to them again and the gentle man who helped me told me that it will be revised. I came back later and the same lady who helped me yesterday said my medical aid don't have funds, I tried to show her the emails I received and she shouted that everyone around heard her, she shouted saying you don't have funds so what must I do. She showed no respect at all and had no customer service at all. I could swear she was not Trained on customer service. She should be taught how to talk to every customer. It's not the first time this happened
I made a wrong payment to someone and I called capitec. The lady I was talking to told me they've put a hold on it and I should call in the morning so the can reverse. I call in the morning and the person who was helping me tells me they have to get a hold of that person to get approval to do the reversal. The persons number goes on voice mail. Clearly the person changed his number. Anthan two days later capitec call me and tells me these nothing they can do. So must my money get lost just like that because a reversal can't be done. If it's bank charges they worried about why don't they take it from that money an return the rest o ask me to deposit the charges money so the can return. How could they just call me and tell me these nothing they can do. It's really unprofessional and ridiculous. Need this sorted
