I have money in my wallet but I can't play it or even withdraw it as it keeps telling me that I have pending documents that need to be approved. My documents all show approved on the app. I do not want to lose my money because Ithuba is having issues with their app.
Dear Nandos, To be honest, this doesn’t even warrant one star! Last night (12 August 2018) I went and bought food for my family. I called ahead of time to order the food so that I wouldn’t have to wait long. I ordered my food from the Nandos in Glen acres shopping Centre. When I got to the Nandos, I checked my order. Firstly they got my pita wrong. It was supposed to be a veg Avon and pickled onion pita but they put chicken in it. I complained and they fixed it. I got home and unpacked the food and was highly disappointed. The peri crusted wings were not even wings at all. They were smaller than my pinky! They forgot to give me my chips for the pita meal which I paid for and the pita that was remade wasn’t even what I had ordered. Yes it was veg but once I started eating it, I realized that it was just a regular veg pita and not the veg Avo and pickled onion pita that I ordered. Not only that but the veg patty was rock hard in some places! I actually couldn’t bite through the patty in most places. Now I would have gone back to Nandos but it was already late in the evening and we were hungry. I wasn’t about to drive another 15 minutes to Nandos, wait probably 15-25 minutes for them to fix my whole order and then drive 15 minutes back home. It would have been past 9 if I had done that. Nandos I am very disappointed and wasted R300 on a meal that was barely a meal, wasted my time and petrol! Not impressed Laila
