Okay so we were told we would be live in august and that didn't happen but its okay because its easy to have patience when you haven't had the service as yet. But then come October we are officially live and a tech is sent out to install our ONT device, We checked twice with him if he is sure he ran to the right section and both times he was confident. only to find out he was wrong. so now he sends through confirmation of completion and we are stuck with no internet however cool ideas debits my account and goes live. we call again and this time they say its the backbone that is the issue and they are on it. a week goes by and they say okay its done, but now another guy has to come back and re-install into our unit. cool. so he gets there and installs and send the confirmation that it is done but alas, still nothing on our side. after dealing with numerous incompetent people i finally get someone helpful Tiaan Venter, i was assisted n checking everything and finally a conclusion was drawn that the fibre to the ONT was not installed correctly. But now i have heard nothing back from SADV and its starting to seem like they just do not care. its been 3 weeks since the first installation in my unit and i havent had internet at all but my ISP has taken their money because SADV told them we were live. Who is going to reimburse me? i understand this could be the contractors fault but you are the company we look at for solutions and so far i have had shocking service. i need my internet up as in yesterday, this directly affects my work and i cannot go any longer. please sort this out unit 9, aquila
So we are now in the 4th week since my claim was submitted and still there are no answers. all I get is that they are waiting for the police report. Now Farahna has always been a great help and I know a lot is out of her control but it cannot take more than a month for a claim to be completed. it is unacceptable service, especially when other insurance companies are paying out in less than 7 working days. If they are awaiting police reports they need to go out and get them. everything require from my side was sent through and now the client gets shoved to the side because there is no urgency. please understand we have daily lives that require a lot from us and when we are in accidents and life throws us a curve ball, sometime we hope that the companies we give our money to every month would make these situations a little easier but this is hardly the case. I need to put a deposit down on a new car but without any feedback or any clue when my claim will be processed my whole life has to come to a stop and chances are I am going to lose this car to someone who insured with a more capable company. between me and my family all our cars are insured with this company and I have been referring all my friends to them as well. But If this is the service I am going to receive then I'd much rather take my money elsewhere.
