They covered me fully in several accidents I got, but when I claimed for the last accident they refused me a permission to continue with them and all the accidents had police reports

I see from other reviews that it is worthless to review them here as they don't reply to any reviews. But just to warn others, it looks like there may be a scam going on. They have auctions once a year for a few weeks where you can make an offer to sell your EE property shares. But you can't because for some reason the prevent the offer from loading on their app as well as the website making it impossible to sell your shares. I have been emailing since last week for assistance but they completely ignore those mails, and only send a "ticket number" of which nothing comes. There isn't a phone number available anywhere to seek assistance and only the (useless) helpdesk email is given, which is worthless and no help given except a ticket number. I now only have about 3 hours left to get my offer in and still after a week it is not loading. And I suppose it will stay that way and they will keep ignoring my complaint to my until the auction has closed. If there is a problem on their side they should extend the auction to give all their customers a fair chance. But they don't. That is why I suspect something sinister going on. They just don't care to assist. It will be very, very unfair if this auction closes and I wasn't even given a chance to participate.

I have been with them for my cellphone insurance since 2019 and never claimed. Last month I claimed for the first time ever as my cell phone was stolen all of a sudden there's a 2k excess fee I had to pay. This was not advised at inception when I accepted the policy and it's not stated on the policy schedule. I queried that and nobody has an explanation for me,they are ignoring all the emails I've sent to them and I can't reach them telephonically!!!

I have been with them for my cellphone insurance since 2019 and never claimed. Last month I claimed for the first time ever as my cell phone was stolen all of a sudden there's a 2k excess fee I had to pay. This so called company does nit honour its clients.in 2011 i claimed for assistance. I waited 5 years to be reimbursed because i needed my car and paid on my own. I left them 6 years ago. To date i did not hear from them.

So we are now in the 4th week since my claim was submitted and still there are no answers. all I get is that they are waiting for the police report. Now Farahna has always been a great help and I know a lot is out of her control but it cannot take more than a month for a claim to be completed. it is unacceptable service, especially when other insurance companies are paying out in less than 7 working days. If they are awaiting police reports they need to go out and get them. everything require from my side was sent through and now the client gets shoved to the side because there is no urgency. please understand we have daily lives that require a lot from us and when we are in accidents and life throws us a curve ball, sometime we hope that the companies we give our money to every month would make these situations a little easier but this is hardly the case. I need to put a deposit down on a new car but without any feedback or any clue when my claim will be processed my whole life has to come to a stop and chances are I am going to lose this car to someone who insured with a more capable company. between me and my family all our cars are insured with this company and I have been referring all my friends to them as well. But If this is the service I am going to receive then I'd much rather take my money elsewhere.

I first registered a claim for my car /hail damage claim handler Glen Nyansulu people my claim in two weeks sorted out vehicle was repaired every query with Glen it was handled professional and efficient. I then registered a claim for my cellphone on the 29/11/2017 Lenox mojela is handling the claim, I was told will come and collect the salvage and phone will be replaced , I then asked Glen to pay me out for the phone as I wanted to upgrade and will for the difference, I waited for the driver appointed to collect the salvage in mind thinking that they first have to collect then claim will be approved. I kept on making follow ups with lenox he responded to my e-mails until I called that's when I was told claim is authorised and sure settle will be in contact. Then I asked myself if I did not call the insurance no one would have called me. Sure settle called me and I was told I must choose a service provider and voucher will be forwarded to the service provider of my choice I then asked Qanita I will get back to her once I've decided . I then called a week later that my voucher to sent at Mat and may I was told they don't have that on their list I asked her to send me the list I chose sterns retailer and a Lady called that they have revived a voucher but its only for jewellery so I called sure settle and asked why would they send a list of such providers if I'm claiming for a cellphone that's when Qanita explained if i a choose a specific provider like sterns I can only buy jewellery but then I was confused because sterns they also do sell phones I then chose Edgars and was told I can buy anything in store including cellphone I was then told I must wait for an SMS with my gift voucher number I'm still waiting 2 days for that SMS . its sad that Lenox never even bothered to follow up to find out if I received my phone we are now in February and going to the 2nd week and I'm still phoneless . I previously had a cellphone claim with outsurance in two days it was paid cash in to my account and never had any struggles with this nonsense of choosing providers . even the list of the service providers doesn't have a variety Good Day Please see below our merchant list Thank you Merchant Arthur Kaplan Jewellers Builders Warehouse Cape Union Mart Dion Wired Edgars Frasers Galaxy Jewellers Game Stores Hi Fi Corporation Incredible Connection Makro Mr Price Pick n Pay Pro Shop Red Square Sportsmans Warehouse Sterns Sunglass Hut The Proshop Trappers I cannot wait for my claim to be sorted, I'm really tired of making all the follow ups and the that week will end with out my claim being solved

<p>This company is deducting different money FROM my account every month. I am tired having to REVERSE THE AMOUNTS EVERY MONTH. I have never taken insurance with them.... they make sure they deduct less than R100 so i dont get SMS notifications. Fraud!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
