I am awaiting my payments from this company for almost 8 years.i quit the company and still got no feedback from them.
This so called company does nit honour its clients.in 2011 i claimed for assistance. I waited 5 years to be reimbursed because i needed my car and paid on my own. I left them 6 years ago. To date i did not hear from them.
I gave complainef about my liquidiser 3 weeks ago which was taken in and to date i have got no feedback. I told the assistant i use this daily. The appliance was tajen in on 23July2020 .
I am constantly being deducted a sum of money for a game that i did not register for.The rules say to opt out you must send sms with "No" i have tried for almost 2weeks to avoid getting billed only ti get a feedback each time an error occurred. As customers we are getting ripped for R200 each month above my standard instalment. I chalkenge VODACOM to deal with this with 24 hours.
I have been inundated with such exorbitant bills after clearly signing a R807.00 uncapped contract. Each month when my services was suspended i had to fit unrealistic account balances to have the matter dealt with. My infuriation reached it height to be told that the account that id accruing is because my service has increased to R850. I signed no such contract and it makes me wonder how many people deal with such hoaxes. I really want this matter resolved and i need feedback. If i am not satisfied with the answer i may have to reconsider my allegiance.
