I called Renault Pietermaritzburg to book my car in, it had a mechanical breakdown. The lady I spoke to the lady who promised to send a date when I can bring the car in. till today I am waiting. Regards
PEP is false advertising, on the internet they say the Samsung Galaxy tab A9 is reduced to R2499.00 Pep in libery midlands mall in Pietermaritzburg denied ever knowing about the sale, even after showing her the adverti*****t on the phone she rudely dismissed me. I called contact centre. Jabulile Dlangamandla put me on hold then asked to drop the phone. I waited more than an hour for her to call back till I had to leave the mall.
On Friday, 20.09.2024, I filed a claim for damages to both the car and the building. As of today, 26.09.2024, I have yet to be contacted by the service provider responsible for assessing the building repairs. The car was only collected from the scene of the incident four days later. Considering the damage resulted from an attempted theft, there was a risk that the ******* could have returned to complete the theft while the car was still parked there. I must add that the premium increase letter has already been received with a ridiculous increase.
When opening an account telephonically, Why Standard bank customer service team does not tell us that to collect a card can take up to an HOUR?. I was never going to go ahead and open the account with them? We are employed please.
The app is complete trash, no way to track the license. I tried renewing my car licence through Checkers online system, That was in December 2023, nothing yet. When I called 2nd week of January, they told me that my details could not be verified. If they can't verify my detail they should at least tell me what I can do to sort it out or refund my money so that I can still renew my license before the end of the month!

I cancelled a policy and received a confirmation email, they continued deducting from my account and I disputed the amount. now they have handed me over to debt collectors and sending me letter of demand. what ever you do, do not take a policy with them.
Room 29 smells terrible, the sewage smell is absolutely horrible. How do you continue book people into this room
its been over a month since my car has been taken in for repairs ,HAIL DAMAGE. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THE CONTACT PERSON IS because No communication from King price, No follow up calls, they do not respond to emails, also I have been calling the repairer who does not take calls or respond to messages. Courtesy car had to go back after 30 days. No communication from the insurance.
I bought airtime from the Capitec app, money was debit but I did not receive the Airtime.
