On their website it stated the lodge is self catering. I made the booking and payment a few days before our check in date. Upon arrival we were told our rooms are not self catering and it’s shared toilets. We called property manager, his name is Derick,he was extremely rude, unhelpful, so not interested in the concerns we raised. Why advertise falsely? Why were we not told upon booking that it’s not self catering? Why wait until check in day? Why advertise it’s self catering when it’s not? They need to be held accountable for false and misleading advertising. The rooms were partially dirty, toilet is outside and has a bad smell. Do not ever book at Harties is Africa safari lodge, Derick the manager is rude and sends the black lady (cleaner) to do his dirty work. He didn’t even apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused instead he was being disrespectful and rude! Never again will you see us in this place, I’ll post on all social media for awareness cause this place is bad!
Don’t ever make a mistake of using lekkeslaap! This past weekend they gave us a run around on the accommodation we had booked. Firstly, they had false advertising, it stated on the advert that the guest house is self catering, when we got there we were told it’s not self catering. We called lekkeslaap with the option of us canceling cause self catering was the main reason we booked that guest house, they said we must speak to the property owner, we spoke to property owner and he said we must speak to lekkeslaap as we did the booking via the agency(lekkeslaap). Lekkeslaap refused to help us period even with the misleading advertising they had!!the lady on the phone was very rude and not sympathetic .Don’t ever use lekkeslaap if you want peace! Very unhelpful and inconsiderate
The rosebank mall place, an apartment ****med me on the 24th of April. I came across their profile on booking.com, I sent them a message via booking.com asking if I can check in at 11am and they rep**** saying yes I can. I went to booking.com reserved the place and made payment. After making payment I called them to tell them I’m on my way what would they need for early check in and they man that answered the phone said they don’t check do check in at 11am. I asked how cause I have a message from them confirming I can check in at 11am, they man hung up the phone at me. I went to back to booking.com cancelled the booking and requested for a refund because they made me make payment only after to deny that they don’t do early check in. To date, they have not refunded me. I’ve been calling the rosebank mall place apartment on +27 (78) 017-6661 almost everyday because the man already knows my voice when he picks up the phone he hears my voice he drops. Yesterday I called in and a lady answered after I explained my story to her she also hang up on me. Never ever book in that place cause they ****mers, booking.com is also promoting these ****mers on their website and app!
Extremely disappointed with how my case was handled, no support from legalwise none whatsoever! The treatment I got was very shocking and disappointing. I’m a platinum member but I didn’t feel that way when I reached out for legal assistance. It’s with so much sadness and disappointment that I have to end my relationship with you after 7/8 years of being your loyal client in return I get such **** treatment. Clientele will be more than happy to have me. Never ever again am I signing up with legalwise nor recommend it to my friends and family👎👎

I have a contract that lapsed in 2021 April, they still kept deducting R69 even when the contract had expired. I sent several emails to support@onairtv.co.za from September 2021 requesting for this subscription to be cancelled and no one came back to me. R69 is being deducted from them to date with no explanation! I called in today to query the cancellation sent in 2021, I was told it’s a value added product. I am not aware of this value added product and I never consent to it. I was told it’s a bundle that came with my package, yes I accepted the package but I don’t recall agreeing to the value added as it wasn’t even explained to me. Today is the first im hearing about it and it’s being explained to me. I need this to be cancelled ASAP, cause it’s been going on for almost 2 years now!! And I want my refund!!
Worst service ever!!! Worst communication ever!!! Everything about this service provider is just horrible!
Last year October I accepted the sim only deal for 3 years as my cellphone contract came to an end, for the past 11 months they have been loading the minutes and data as per signed agreement. Last month they load correct data and incorrect minutes, I queried about this on the 20th of October to date there is no solution. I’ve sent them the signed contract 3 times and all they say to me is ‘a query has been logged with our support team’ query for what? The signed contract states it all and for the past 11 months you’ve been loading correct minutes and data, what changed in October?? Nobody could answer that, all they saying is query has been logged. I fail to understand why it’s not resolved cause evidence is on the contract I signed with them!!! Worst customer experience ever!!! Once this query is resolved I’m canceling the whole contract, I can’t deal with them anymore 🚮🚮🚮🚮
Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT EVER THINK OF TAKING THIS INSURANCE, I REPEAT DO NOT!! I logged a claim on th 24th of August 2022,it was processed and approved. I paid the excess fee on the 20th of September and only after several follow ups did they come back to me to say they are not releasing any claims cause company went to liquidation. Why process and approve my claim and accept my excess fee and later to say no claims can be released???? Since 2019 I've never claimed and the very first time I claim they tell me this???? If hello Peter wont help I am taking this to the ombudsman. It's exactly 1 month and 2 weeks without a phone, the claims consultant Nosiphi doesn't provide feedback until I escalate several times!! Never ever will I use this insurance ever again, it's unfortunate there's no 0 rating cause that's what my rating would be
