The rosebank mall place, an apartment ****med me on the 24th of April. I came across their profile on booking.com, I sent them a message via booking.com asking if I can check in at 11am and they rep**** saying yes I can. I went to booking.com reserved the place and made payment. After making payment I called them to tell them I’m on my way what would they need for early check in and they man that answered the phone said they don’t check do check in at 11am. I asked how cause I have a message from them confirming I can check in at 11am, they man hung up the phone at me. I went to back to booking.com cancelled the booking and requested for a refund because they made me make payment only after to deny that they don’t do early check in. To date, they have not refunded me. I’ve been calling the rosebank mall place apartment on +27 (78) 017-6661 almost everyday because the man already knows my voice when he picks up the phone he hears my voice he drops. Yesterday I called in and a lady answered after I explained my story to her she also hang up on me. Never ever book in that place cause they ****mers, booking.com is also promoting these ****mers on their website and app!

I've had the blessing and pleasure of being a resident at The Bolton for a year now. Cecilia and Ben have been my go-to for any queries, which they've handled with patience, elegance and grace. The soft skills aside, a more convenient location (close to the mall, the GauTrain, the gymnasiums and cafes) you'll hardly find.

I stayed at The Bolton apartment G10/Urban Oasis- Bookong.com last week and my experience was totally awful. I was not given an access card hence I had daily difficulties accessing and existing the building. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts on the windowsill (see pics attached) which I asked to be removed but they were still there when I left this morning. The microwave, cutlery, crockery and pots were dirty(see pics attached) and there were also ****roaches in the apartment. The apartment was fumigated yesterday and I wasn't able to sleep the entire night. My eyes, nose and throat was and was still burning four days later.

Good place, but my only problem was management, they seem to act as a gang and squeeze as much money as they can from you, we got a R1000 fine for literally talking" Excessive noise complaint" they say and the night shift receptionist is just unwelcoming and might just ruin a good time

the mandem booked rooms for the 28/05/22 at the place. we was told twice we making noise we acknowledged that and kept quiet. as we cant smoke in em rooms mans was on my way to smoke, as mans is waiting for the elevator i hears sounds like some playing raindow six from rooms in the opposite side of ours mans complained nothing happend, went bank to mans room less that 2 mins later a security lady pulls thru with 2 armed security *****s, spitting some **** about her being going to our room to complain 8 times and we needs to a 5k fine some bull****

I booked a room for the 28/05/2022, The security said we were making noise and asked us to keep it down which we did. Everything was fine on the 29/05/2022 I get a call to asked if I checked out and left the key which I did. Today I get a call saying we reveeived a fine for making noise which we did not acknowledge or sign for, We felt like we were not wanted and used as a scapegoat, Why was I not told I need to pay a fine before I checked out or anything? Next thing I get told money needs to be paid by end of business today. I feel that this is not right as a fine can't just be given like that and we treated unfairly and intimidated by security as they came with guns, We were not a threat or criminals as this was a very terrible experience.

I am beyond disappointed. I booked the place on bookings. Com and what I find here is disgusting. There's cochroches when you open the door.. The place is very untidy.. It's nothing like they advertised.. The showers looks very disgusting.
