I walked into this branch this morning and was not even greeted by your 2 staff members standing at the front, the music was blaring so loud that I had to repeat myself 4 times and then I still got the wrong order. I didn't even get a receipt because the system was an issue? Both the staff members at the front were unapologetic so I had to call for the manager. Went she came to the front the 2 staff members went to the back. What a way to mess up someone's start of the week. Is this type of service a norm at this branch?
Firstly the service at this branch is shocking, I had to ask to to be served because the cashiers and other frontline staff members were having an argument - this is the third time I'm experiencing this. The cashier Nwabisa assist me but was chewing something and I couldn't hear what she was saying so I had to repeat my self over and over again. I ordered the quarter paella plus pap & chakaklaka. The paella came out first but it was ice cold, I asked them to warm it for me but that just added fuel to their current argument. No acknowledgement or apology was given. Whilst waiting for my order a Muslim family had just received their order and was leaving the store but unfortunately the bag broke and their food ended on the floor a colored lady (staff member) came from outside the store helped this family while the other staff just stood and watched them. The real upsetting part is that the other staff started shouting at this colored lady telling her not to change their food but just change the box because the order will make them pay for this meal. How the hell can you do this to customers??? When I recieved my order I took out the pap and chakaklaka to eat so I could eat whilst I walked home but when I started eating it, I found a hair in it. This just ruined my appetite and evening 😡😡😡😡
Booking reference: 2602298518. I stayed at The Bolton apartment G10/ Urban Oasis Hotel last week and my experience was totally awful. I was not given an access card hence I had daily difficulties accessing and existing the building. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts on the windowsill (see pics attached) which I asked to be removed but they were still there when I left this morning. The microwave, cutlery, crockery and pots were dirty(see pics attached) and there were also ****roaches in the apartment. The apartment was fumigated yesterday and I wasn't able to sleep the entire night. My eyes, nose and throat was still burning four days later. I still haven't received any feedback or acknowledgement from either booking.com or The Bolton/Urban Oasis hotel.

On the 7 September 2017 my girlfriend and I walked into Bradlows in Voortrekker Parow to buy a TV after we saw a Bradlows catalogue on Guzzle's Facebook page. We were approached by Joan a sales lady who welcomed us and offered us her assistance. My girlfriend asked Joan about the catalogue we saw and told her we are interested in the Hisense 49" SM UHD LED TV, she was unaware of this promotion and told us that Bradlows has promotions whilst other promotions are running and often don't inform them. After chatting to her colleague she returned to us and said that their catalogues arrived the day before and it was in their back/storeroom which she went to fetch. When Joan returned she confirmed that the promotion was on and went onto the system to check if their store had stock of the TV. Joan told us that their warehouse in Stikland had stock AND she had 1 TV in store and it was on display but was not switched on. She took us to the TV and showed it to us and we decided we would take that TV to avoid us going to their warehouse to collect or to pay extra for a delivery fee because we live literally behind this store. Joan proceeded to do the paperwork but then mentioned to us that the price of the TV was not updated. She asked for our contact details and said that she will contact us as soon as the price had updated which could be later that afternoon or latest the next morning. The next day when we didn't hear from her we contacted the store and asked for Joan but she was "busy', we called again and she said the system had still not updated. That after she call my girlfriend and told us that the TV she had showed us was not the same TV and they don't have stock of the TV that's on promotion! We where not happy about this so I contacted Bradlows customer care on 8 September 2017 and laid a formal complaint about this... on 16 September 2017 I received a call from their customer care asking me about the nature of my complaint regarding "the fridge and lounge suite' that I purchased.... How does one expect to help or assist if you don't even know what is going on? After explaining everything to the customer care agent she said that she will contact the store and find out more and contact me again. Today 22 September 2017 I receive a call from the store manager Andre who disgustingly rude! He never introduced himself, I had to ask him who he was because I wouldn't accept that the JDG would have someone of this calibre in their employ, where is this person from and do people who represent a Brand and is the leader of a branch behave this way??? But anyway... he just went straight into asking me "What is your problem we told you we don't have any stock' He hardly gave me a chance to speak! Wow Bradlows ... Lastly if the staff of Bradlows or JDG are incapacitated and not possess the s**** to perform their duties then that is Bradlows or JDG's problem not the consumer...
