Since 2021 FNB has been sneakily taking my money, They stopped for a year and are back to it again this year. And every time I query it they tell me the same thing that the merchant put it through late but this happens days or a week later, And then what happens is they make more money on top of that from charges to sort an issue out that should not have happened in the first place. My balance changes twice after I make a purchase and then the same purchase goes off again, Thank God I checked my balance before going to the shop I would have looked like a fool. Please sort this out.
So I have been having the same issue with FNB year in and year out whereby i make a purchase and it goes off my account and then a week later the same purchase goes off my account again. Honestly I don't know what to do at this point.
It was a pleasure being assisted by Charles from Dotsure today as he assisted me with a device that will help me monitor and improve my best friend Zues who is my Jack Russel pet that that takes his name way to serious 🤣 Anyway because of a certain financial situation I could only start the cover after a certain time. He was very patient and polite and I'm glad I will be one of the first people to have this device that improve the well-being of Zues.
Good afternoon A UIF consultant confirmed to me that all my documents were captured but I am.atill waiting feedback and payment which should have been finalized two weeks ago. The service is so distateful but the consultant was very helpful and explained that my claim is just standing but nothing has been done and it will be escalated, Same damn story everytime since 25 February 2023 and it's almost two months now.

I reported an issue on the FNB app as FNB have put transactions through twice after it went through when doing my shopping last week and again yesterday old transactions went off which have now emptied my account and took out R1400
I booked a room for the 28/05/2022, The security said we were making noise and asked us to keep it down which we did. Everything was fine on the 29/05/2022 I get a call to asked if I checked out and left the key which I did. Today I get a call saying we reveeived a fine for making noise which we did not acknowledge or sign for, We felt like we were not wanted and used as a scapegoat, Why was I not told I need to pay a fine before I checked out or anything? Next thing I get told money needs to be paid by end of business today. I feel that this is not right as a fine can't just be given like that and we treated unfairly and intimidated by security as they came with guns, We were not a threat or criminals as this was a very terrible experience.
I received excellent service today from Masokoane Kutloano she assisted me with linking my PayPal and FNB banking profile and was so patient with me as I am new to that service she ensured I did everything correctly and I am a euphoric customer with the servive I received.
For the past week I have had toll gate transactions go off on my account on a card that I lost which was lost but also blocked and cancelled However the person who found my lost card has been using it at toll gates and has drained my bank account. I reported this to the FNB fraud department they said that they logged a case however they did not get back to me I had to follow up with them and they said the case was resolved. They said they have refunded the money which was never done my cheque account is still in overdraft and I cannot use my account which saddens and upsets me I wonder if it's worth it having an FNB account.
I ordered a pizza from Debonairs Pizza Maponya mall on the 5/12/2020 my pizza was delivered 2 hours late and the box was bent I am very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had made the order online at 18:45 and it was delivered at 21:10
