Good day, TOYS000258674 I bought a V-tech first steps walker pink to my surprise when item was delivered it was a complete different order. I have been trying to get hold of you via WhatsApp and I'm still for the agent to respond, called your customer service inquiries held for long until the call was cut off , sent an email until today there's no response. What kind of service is this ? Not even one communication correspondence has been attended too. I need my order to be sorted ASAP. It can't take a week to respond 🙄
Policy number IFS953831 I logged a complaint with your company and until now I haven't been assisted. I'm forever making follow up no one cares to comeback to me. Ever since I started this policy I had the most pathetic experience. When I joined you I did a cash payment of R415 it was later again deducted from my account another amount of R165 was deducted. I queried this and sent proof of payments and proof of debited money. I sent everything to Pamela for my query to reviewed . A complaint which started in August until now hasn't been sorted. I was told by Pamela she will freeze the account so that they don't debited since I've over paid . I asked for a refund nothing has happened. I signed a refund amount R250 in October and haven't heard from you. What kind of company is this and I wonder I won't get problems should something. It is December and don't know if my policy is active or not. Icebolethu doesn't respond to complaints or give feedback. My experience with your company has been bad. Your company is **** 😒 your agent forgets my queries and only comeback when I follow up. What is happening with this policy ? My next step is to report to the ombudsman

Fishaways- Florida junction I'm angry with the service i got today from fishaways. I ordered honey soy fish pot meal expecting to be served with brown rice, when I arrived at work I realized white rice was used and nothing what so ever was said to me, what is the point of ordering a healthy under 500 calorie meal and served with white normal rice this does not make sense to me. I was now inconvenienced , i drove from work all the way to buy food and i could not drive back wasting my petrol and time. i called their number ********** number just rings unanswered then goes to voicemail. I'm so disappointed honestly. the service as well is not up to standard, you find staff standing in the kitchen and there's no one available to take our orders and people in the kitchen will just look at you and say nothing, someone was called from steers to assist to take our orders. I'm really not happy
I first registered a claim for my car /hail damage claim handler Glen Nyansulu people my claim in two weeks sorted out vehicle was repaired every query with Glen it was handled professional and efficient. I then registered a claim for my cellphone on the 29/11/2017 Lenox mojela is handling the claim, I was told will come and collect the salvage and phone will be replaced , I then asked Glen to pay me out for the phone as I wanted to upgrade and will for the difference, I waited for the driver appointed to collect the salvage in mind thinking that they first have to collect then claim will be approved. I kept on making follow ups with lenox he responded to my e-mails until I called that's when I was told claim is authorised and sure settle will be in contact. Then I asked myself if I did not call the insurance no one would have called me. Sure settle called me and I was told I must choose a service provider and voucher will be forwarded to the service provider of my choice I then asked Qanita I will get back to her once I've decided . I then called a week later that my voucher to sent at Mat and may I was told they don't have that on their list I asked her to send me the list I chose sterns retailer and a Lady called that they have revived a voucher but its only for jewellery so I called sure settle and asked why would they send a list of such providers if I'm claiming for a cellphone that's when Qanita explained if i a choose a specific provider like sterns I can only buy jewellery but then I was confused because sterns they also do sell phones I then chose Edgars and was told I can buy anything in store including cellphone I was then told I must wait for an SMS with my gift voucher number I'm still waiting 2 days for that SMS . its sad that Lenox never even bothered to follow up to find out if I received my phone we are now in February and going to the 2nd week and I'm still phoneless . Sasbo62442 Quanita- I'm so disappointed with the service I've received from, just simple query I specifically requested for a list of the service providers you together with wanted to replace my cellphone over the weekend but that won't happen. I've been calling your offices ********** 175 / ********** both numbers are not going through the extensions are always not available started calling around 08:30 it was not available called again around 12 phone was answered waited the list I requested for called around 14:00 until 17:00 busy trying the extensions was not available . I don't know what kind of company is this but clearly you don't care about the customers, first equity appointed you to assist in replacing my phone but starting to doubt your services Can my claim be sorted asap I can't deal with such, just to get service I have to complain until something is sorted out
