Excellent service
What a pleasure to call Cartrack. I called today and spoke to Phumzile Mo***eng to test my unit and as always I was assisted with great friendliness. Thank you Cartrack for your amazing staff.

Disgusting Service
Not even worth a star rating as they are pathetic from. Fibre ops to guns reach to the support and accounts. The CEO should be embarrassed to have *********** people working for him. I have been struggling for more than a month to get a refund and they come with all sorts of excuses and stall tactics. Would for sure not recommend anyone doing business with them.

Disgusting service
I had payment issues due to having had to get new bank card and couldn't link my vumatel account to my card. Asked how to pay and was told I can pay via easypay which I did 3rd May and on 4th May my service was suspended and still to date not been reconnected and nobody is come back to me to confirm payment or anything. I do not recommend using this ISP or even Vumatel for that matter

Best licensing department ever
I visited the RTMC at Waterfall office park to renew my drivers license and it was an absolute pleasure. They are so efficient and organized and the staff are super helpful and very friendly. I would for sure recommend anyone to go there and they are open until 9pm every day Monday to Sunday
