I am utterly disgusted in the service we have received from Pompa Realty Group. Not only do they render *********** but also completely inhumane. We have been tenants at one of their properties in Germiston and we have had the worst rental experience with them. Since the very first month that we have lodged maintenance reports they have not held up their end of the contract by providing a service to maintain said issues. After reading the reviews both here and on Google I see that this seems to be quite the trend at Pompa Realty Group. I am clearly not the only one who has experienced their incompetence. To add insult to injury, this would be the 7th day we are without electricity at the property due to "council disconnection", (which also happened without any notification or final notice which is what usually happens before a disconnect as far as we all know.) Then today, 7 days later, we are called and demanded to pay an outrageous outstanding amount of R7K before they reconnect. (for a property I literally had to move my family out of because it had been inhabitable for 7 days with no electricity. I have a baby who is chronically ill and we need machinery running to keep him breathing throughout the night) And even though I specifically made them aware of our situation with our little one, they did absolutley nothing to assist in getting us reconnected sooner. I am tired, I am disgusted and I am ready to take this matter further with the RHIO for ******* disconnection of utilities without a court order.
I took my car to AutoExec to get an estimate on the damage for my vehicle and received an estimate of around R25k to have my vehicle repaired. I was happy to accept this quote and take my vehicle to be repaired but I needed the quotation approved by my insurance who I was claiming from as a third party claim thus the Estiamte had been sent to me and further sent to OUTsurance who refused to pay this amount for the repairs. (Please keep in mind that we actually took the vehicle to the AutoExec premises in Kempton Park where one of their panel beaters had a look at the car and sent us the R25k estimate. As opposed to OUTsurance who assessed my vehicle through photographs) We did not mention at first, to AutoExec that we will be claiming as third party from OUTsurance who initially gave me a ridiculous quote of around R8k to have my vehicle repaired thus we received the hefty but seeminly reasonable R25k quote. Upon mentioning to them that I will be fixing my vehicle with a third party claim through OUTsurance and them conspiring a "new assessment", the quotation drastically dropped from R25k to R14k to have my vehicle repaired. The exact same vehicle with the exact same damages. So it's safe to say that if I had not been covered by OUTsurance or if this was not a claim I would have been charged roughly R10K more than the "actual cost of the damages"?? Is this how AutoExec treat customers who do not have insurance? Is this the immoral company that OUTsurance trusts to send their clients to? Who is not to be trusted here??
