I would like to thank the staff from Russells at The Pinetown branch, in particular Thobile Tshapha. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her customer service went beyond my expectations. For quality furniture and service I would highly recommend! Happy customer

Pnp asap a joke
I’m extremely disappointed in the poor service I’ve received from such a huge organisation. I had placed an order. Only to find most of the items were left out. The driver was extremely rude and his customer service was beyond appalling. I’ve sent several emails and called so many times yet pnp has yet to resolve the issue. Although they keep promising to.

FNB worst bank!
Worst customer service I’ve received from a bank ever. My account was locked whilst I’ve been trying to recover from covid, without my consultation or consent. When I questioned the bank I received zero feedback until I laid a complaint at the ombudsman. During a pandemic to lock a persons account which they use to purchase food deliveries and medication is shocking. I will certainly be switching banks!

Fraudulent recruitment agency
I would like to lay a complaint against a company that refers to themselves under the name of Global workers/Work placements. This company promises people seeking out overseas work jobs in various countries. It’s been nearly a year since I’ve applied through them and have not even received 1 job offer. They ask you to pay money upfront, assuring you that your work is secure yet the only thing they do is make false promises. To date this company has taken 6000 rands from me, and now refuses to respond to my calls and msgs. They offer a full refund should placement not occur within 3 weeks but when I’ve asked for a refund I get no response. They are constantly changing their business name and phone numbers. I’d like to warn others about this company. The main person running this racket goes by the name of KC. I would just like my money back as this company has failed to deliver on every aspect and is a complete fraud.
