I recently downloaded the new Zosa app & placed my 1st order for delivery today from Hunters Superspar, a store I've never used before. After completing my order, I realized that I had made a mistake. I called the store as I could not edit my order due to the two hour cut off time frame for alterations/cancelations. I was asked for my number by Nasiphi & was told she would contact me when she received my order. Not only did I receive a message confirming she sorted it out, but I was contacted with the closest option if any items were out of stock. The few extras I requested through WhatsApp was also added, with no problems & superb customer service by Nasiphi. My order was delivered a bit late to the time frame I entered on the app but considering my messups.... The driver went through each item with me checking the slip. Everything was sanitized up to the pen & card machine. He even took a few minutes to advise me on features of the app so as to make my next order easier. Hats off to Hunters Superspar & their wonderful employees. They'll definitely see me again
Sim swap still not activated after 4 months!!! It's ridicules. Was assured when I left the store, 04 April, that it was activated. Tried every which way to log a fault but EVERY TELKOM CONSULTANT I SPOKE TO WAS UNABLE TO ASSIST. Paying for a service I CANNOT USE. What a load of bull
