I was stuck on Saturday, if you call the call Centre there is no emergency option. I did not have the roadside assist nr as I have not received any documents yet. I tried google, no luck. Called the call Centre 3 times, no luck to speak to and agent. try to log on to the MiExpress...cannot get logged in..what a frustration..I had to rely on strangers to assist me but I have the benefit with my insurance..i am not a happy client at this moment ..
Actually there should be no rating as this was the worst experience ever. While staying there our personal valuables was stolen from the house yet there was not signs of forced entry. they came in with a key, not once but twice..and even though we reported it immediately no effort was made to make sure we were safe, just pulled up the shoulders..almost R30000 loss and till now not even a phone call....do not rent from them ever...very very unsafe
I bought a beef burger special yesterday afternoon at vat cake city Valhalla around 18:15 for my pregnant daughter who is visiting and that is what she craved. got home just to find the patty full of fly eggs and this after I had to wait so long. When I called them just before 19:00 to complaint no one answered. I called now to raise my concern and the reply was, if you do not have a slip we cant help you, yet the manager took my slip when I was complaining after 40 min because I have not received my order as yet. Really really bad service and client service... What a disappointment ..
