Increased cost to advertise with Propert24
I have been advertising on Property24 for over 2 years. I am an agent. The cost has recently increased by over 100%. Looking at other options now and suggest other agents do the same.

SANDTON LOCKSMITH 24/7 BEWARE
SANDTON LOCKSMITH 24/7. This company are scam artists. Called them to open a front door on Thursday morning at approximately 10am. I asked how much they charge. Nicki said R250 call out fee, then depends how much work they do. Colin arrived opened the door in approximately 8 minutes. Did not replace or repair anything. Told us the cost was R1,500. I objected and settled him R850. BEWARE of companies like this. THIEVES. BEWARE OF SANDTON LOCKSMITHS 24/7.

Pick n Pay Benmore Gardens
Probably one of the most expensive Pick n Pays in Johannesburg. Used to buy most of my biltong from them. Used to cost R199 to R210 per kilo. Suddenly went up to R299 per kilo. I spoke to Manager, who was very helpful, but said Head Office made that decision. He gave me the number for the buyer. I called and left 3 messages for him. No response. I called again and got hold of him. He was not very receptive and said that is the price. I mentioned that other Pick n Pays nearby were between R199 and R220. Not interested. Many other items like bottled water, fresh veggies, fruit are so high. We have now moved all of our shopping to either Checkers or other Pick n Pays.

Most expensive Pick n Pay Benmore Gardens Shopping Centre.
Benmore Gardens Shopping Centre. The prices here go up every month. One of the most expensive Pick n Pays. Slice beef biltong usually around R190 per Kilo. Now R299 per kilo. Checkers at Sandton City is opening soon.
