Absolute worst customer service. Even MD can't assist after a personal commitment and a week later nothing has happened. Would never recommend. I'm out, forever.
Ms Moodley from Mono Mobile (Tel. ********** 690), representing Vodacom, called me on 3 July 2018 to offer a Vodacom sim upgrade on 2 of my accounts. What she offered me on the recorded call is not what I am getting and I am being charged significantly higher monthly costs. Ms Reka Moodley (not sure if this is the same person) called me back on 17 August 2018 to confirm that the commitments made on the Vodacom packages offered to me in the recorded call by Ms Moodley cannot be met and therefore the contracts are null and void and that I need to go to a Vodacom shop to have this resolved. More than an hour later in a Vodacom shop, I am no further in having this resolved. All I want is that the recorded call of 3 July 2018 with Ms Moodley is listened to by Mondo Mobile or Vodacom and that I am charged the amount offered to me for these contracts and get the data, sms's and voice minutes offered to me. But no, I get less minutes and charged significantly more and yet no one seems to be able to help resolve this even though there is a recorded call. Mondo's comment via Reka Moodley is that it will be dealt with internally - that doesn't help me resolve their commitment to me.
