Since 2021 when I first made contact with FDC they have done nothing then make my life easier. They went out of their way to set your mind at ease and for them communication is key. They send you statements every single month so you can monitor your own progress. If you are in trouble please contact a Freedom Debt Counsellor they will be by your side till the end. You guys rock!
I HAVE HAD IT WITH DIRECT AXIS, THEY TOOK A DEBIT ORDER OFF AGAIN I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS CAN DIRECT AXIS NOT SORT THEIR **** OUT OVER A TWO MONTH PERIOD, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? WHH OFFER COVID 19 ASSIST IF YOU MESS IT UP
So finally after a month of fighting the reversed the debit order as I had applied for the covid 19 assist. Now they send me a statement showing that my account is in arrears by the installment amount. I seriously give up, FNB is supposed to pay the installments for May, June and July. So why is the account in arrears? Will they take a debit order again month end? Will I have to wait a month for a refund? Will they try to take double? What the hell??????? I applied for the Covid 19 assist weeks ago. My application was approved, they did everything with me via the telephone, terms, conditions etc. On the 27th May 2020 the debit order went off when it wasn't supposed to as per the arrangement FNB was supposed to pay it for the next 3 months. I have made tons of phone calls and sent many emails since the 27th May 2020 but nobody can help me. This is so pathetic I have been a client for many years and have never missed a payment. I was contacted telephonically by Telkom to upgrade my 2 cell phone contracts on the 7th June 2018. A few days later the 2 cell phones arrived by courier from selldirect. The day after the S8 was activated but the J7 prime has till today not been activated. I have phoned selldirect, telkom and even been to the telkom mobile store. Nobody can help me to get the sim and phone activated so I am sitting with a phone ad cannot use. I don't know where to turn anymore it has been over 2 months. My last ref no I was given was ********** 4 on the 5th August 2018. I cannot speak to the back office, manager of supervisor and no email address to get help. This is pathetic what must I do?
