Hi Peter, i would like to put this to and your followers probably one or two people are going through the same negative experience i am going through. sometimes in December 2019 i got a call from edgars fraud dept alerting me on the fraud related to my card that which i still had then .i then went to maponya mall edgars store and the assisted me very well and professionally. when you buy a cell phone they want an ID original and the person who used the clone card bought a phone and insure the cell phone. then edgars reverse the amount of about R12000 but now they still want me to pay for the phone insurance that was sold /bought with the cloned card . i have visited the store several times each time i go there they tell they will get back to me. please help Louis Kgakgamedi
my name is Louis K, good day I am writing this as a customer who feels that the cell c is robbing me under false pretences. as I have a cell phone insurance with them and my phone could not charge and I took it for repairs. only to find out that they alleged that they can not fix it because amongst the finding the device was moist inside according to their reliable technicians. so my point of argument is that when they packaged my devise from cell c maponya mall they put it in a plastic. that also could cost the moisture and they want me to pay an amount of +- R700.
