Vodacom are the worst of a bad bunch. Loaded my contract number incorrectly, but cannot switch or end the contract. Absolute *******. Call center can't help. Sales can't help. Actual stores can't help. So I am still being billed, and some random person is getting data/airtime
I enrolled for a Fibre deal in February. A third party agent set up the hardware and I have had nothing from Vodacom since. 3 months now, countless phonecalls to an empty callcenter, stores that are powerless to assist and no online support I still dont have fibre. Approach an alternate provider and vodacom has to release the line. ***? vodacom is completely and utterly hopeless. I am disgusted with this level of "service"
The organizing and communication were very good. Movers themselves also good but they were rushed due to double booking. Because of the rushing, there was some scratches and small damages that would not have been the case if they were allocated more time
August last year I was recommended by Vodacom to upgrade my plan for better benefits and ultimately less cost. Once this was completed, my account was debited with 2 months' charges for the higher plan - essentially more than double what I had been paying previously. No one at a physical store could help fix the issue. No one in the call center could help me fix the issue. So I refused to pay my installment until someone could fix the problem. I have had numerous calls from their credit division but still no resolution. Now my account has been handed over to a credit listing company with no word from Vodacom. This is a perfect example of a megacorporates's systems not working and a simple refusal to by them to acknowledge this problem. The Vodacom employees I spoke to are robotic and cannot think outside of the script they are fed. If anyone can advise I will appreciate
