Not impressed at all.
I have had my engineer bought from Mike's place 4 weeks ago.. Paid lots of money for a bmw 320d motor might I add. The motor wasn't right mechanics said they heard funny noises on cylinder 3, anyway we had to send the car to Mike's place for them to investigate. We waited a week for them to book the car in as they said they were busy, car eventually went in on week 2 the Monday.. End of week 2 I visited Saturday to find out what's happening and they had not touched the car yet and this was on the first day of week 3. By tomorrow Friday it's the end of week 3...so my car is basically standing there for 4 weeks untouched.... So much for great service... My mechanic has mentioned to them to provide a full refund we will go elsewhere for another motor and they just kept on declining... With this service I will never ever recommend Mike's place as the service is absolutely putrid.

Vodacom Sony Xperia L1 + PS4 Deal
I have been approved for the Sony Xperia L1 deal with the play station 4. I am waiting 3 days for them to contact me to confirm the dispatch. Ive called in 4 times to request an update and i am just told that i need to wait 24 - 48 hours for a callback to confirm dispatch. This is extremely unprofessional i dont mind waiting if you have issues, However Vodacom is not keeping me in the loop(let customers know if there is an issue instead of leaving them in the dark due to a lack of communication.
