Dishonest and unreliable with many empty promises!!
This company did installation of solar panels at my property some months ago. They were unable to complete the work and made MANY unkept promises to refund me a large amount and/or to complete the work. Now I have further damage to my property and they are no longer answering my calls or text messages!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!

Rain - empty promises!!!
I wrote a review 2 weeks ago about the Rain internet not being available during loadshedding. They responded that they are attending to the problem, but the situation is still EXACTLY THE SAME!!!!!🤬 I am in Fairleads Benoni and have 2 contracts with them. If not sorted out in the next week, I shall be canceling both!!!

No Rain during loadshedding
I live in the Benoni area and don't have Rain internet access when there is loadshedding!! With my Vodacom ****le, I always have access but unfortunately thats not an uncapped contract. Impossible to get hold of Rain to address this issue. Surely their towers/repeaters must have battery backup??? I am paying for a service that is constantly unavailable, and shall be canceling my account if it is not resolved!

FNB shocking service
The service at FNB has become absolutely shocking!! I have been battling since Thursday last week to get hold of someone at FNB Fiduciary Services in order to make some urgent enquiries on my late father's estate, which they dealt with. I was eventually given the "direct line number" of a Mrs Chetty - 087 730 6526. After several attempts since last week, it is never answered and you are asked to leave a message. I have now left numerous messages which simply goes unanswered!!! Absolutely disgusting!
