Still waiting on feedback since December 12th when their Customer service called me the lady was going to phone me back on Monday but she never did
As per my previous complaint King pie rep**** that they tried to contact me but they never called me at all.Just imagine if 5 meals per day was sold at r84.85 and the burgers is raw and nothing gets done. Pathetic I'm telling you
I ordered a Burger meal (Burger pie , chips and a cold drink) of R84,85 for breakfast but when I revieved the order the Burger was so raw and soggy.It was so disgusting and would never ever order from them again.
We purchased a Russell Hobbs kettle from Pick n Pay Middestad Bellville in September 2018 end November 2018 the kettle just stopped working. We were unable to take the kettle back to Pnp so today we decided to take it back but we lost the till slip. So one of the staff told us that they would be able to check on the smart shoppers card if we swiped it. So we spoke to store manager who just told me that they can't do it because it was more then a month ago. I am deeply disgusted in their behavior as I have been a loyal client of Pnp for many many years. Is this really how u treat your clients?
