Ramdass & associates was allocated as the lawyers to assist with the purchase of my property in Sea view Bellair. They did not complete the process and were suspended from practise. I had paid them R43 000 and some odd rands. I was never refunded and no communication was made with me as to how I will be re embursed of my funds.
I order a lacoste golfer and a pair of Karl lagerfield slippers on shipment they sent me a baby's blanket. They are so ****en ***********. I need my items or my money back as soon as possible. I have never delt with such incompetency and I paid with my money for the good I didn't get you guys are a ****.
I had an cashloan with efinchoice I settled the amount outstanding and they provided a paid up letter to me. I queried with them if the debit order has been stopped they said yes on the 14th of June 2024 they debited my account till today I have not received my money back. They are messing with my livelihood as I need the money urgently. I would never recommend finchoice to anyone they are a huge ****.
Old mutual is just utter nonsense as a business, I would never refer anyone to do business with them. I went into old mutual on the 3rd of March 2023 to sign for my RA payout. They then forced me to open an account with them to deposit the funds into when they have been debiting my account for months. They didn't set up the banking app correctly for me my card blocked, I have been to the branch more than 4 times they ****en said my money will be in my account after 21 working days we beyond that point. Old mutual is a **** they full of ****. This time I would like someone to ****en call me and not send me a mail and don't ****en assist me. Old mutual is full of **** alot of people have been complaining about their money not being paid to them. I am taking my business elsewhere where I know I will get the service I need
I had a RA with old mutual, it then was paid up. Went to claim the funds. They stated it would be paid in 21 working days, they made a bidvest card to deposit the money in. The account is blocked I was not assisted in setting up the banking app, when I call the call center the agents are incompitant not listening to where my problem is just telling me what to do. I will never advise anyone to deal with old mutual if this is what it takes to get your own money. ****en rediculous
I had a contract with telkom mobile for 24 months. The contract lapsed so I didn't cancel contract as I was only paying R100 a month I have never defaulted on my payments but ****en telkom said I reversed a payment so I had to pay R402 so it was deducted in Jan I said nothing and paid. They then deactivated my services I phoned telkom they said they could pick up my payment but had to wait 24 hours which turned to 48 ****en hours with no service.. Telkom then said I didn't make the payment in Jan and I have bank statements as proof that I have never missed a payment on the 22nd feb 2022 they then debited my last money in my ****en account of the value of R502 when I get paid on the 25th, they then said I didn't pay in Jan 2022 "telkom is a ****en scam I will reverse the money and take business else where. I regret ever dealing with telkom they are a bunch of ****en scammers and I want telkom to reimburse me for the bank charges. Telkom mobile is ****en useless that's also applicable to their call centre supervisor.. I now have judgments on my name because of telkom incompetence
I have never dealt with such an incompetent company like SANLAM. I was offered a policy by sanlam I spoke to the consultant advised the consultant that due affordability I cannot afford policy.. The next thing I saw was a debicheck approval, I declined it but sanlam still proceeded deducting the funds from my account... My Nedbank account has been overdrawn for 3 months now with R1700 the I loose every month I get paid.. This is utter nonsense and sanlam is now ****ing around with me... My advise to anyone never deal sanlam they are a bunch of incompetent people... And I will be reporting the matter to the NCR and the ombankment..
I called capitec call centre to make payment arrangements as I recently started working. I spoke to Gugu who advised that she made the arrangement for me only to find out she didn't. When I go in the bank to reverse transaction as I was told nothing more will be deducted other then the amount we agreed on, the call centre Agent assisting advised that I made no arrangement. Capitec has poor customer service and our money is not safe with them we need to move away from this bank! Nxa full of ****
