If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. They are ******. Please do not use them to build a Nutec house or a log home. They are the absolute worst. I paid my deposit in February 2026; they communicated well in the beginning, but as soon as I put pressure on them for progress, they ghosted me. They refuse to refund my money or deliver the materials, despite assuring me originally that my deposit was used to purchase materials in advance. Up to date, they have not build one single thing on my site. They are aggressively advertising on Facebook with attractive photos, but these projects are all old. If you hear the names Petronella and Donald, please stay away.
So the raccist card was played today. The Teller Themba made a error and charged me double for my polorised sunglasses- after I picked it up he wanted to refund me back on my Cc- I insisted that the refund should be on cash as I cannot afford to wait for the refund which usually takes 3 days. There was a black lady named Memory also behind the teller, very arrogant I must add, telling me that no refund shall be given to me cash- not introducing herself only shouting from behind. I asked for the manager, where she replied that the teller that helped me was the manager...I told her he can not be the Manager as the Manager will not make such mistake and they were not short staffed so there was no reason that the Manager will help behind the counter. She then replied to me WHY? BECAUSE HE IS BLACK? I laughed in disbelief - as I cannot even think as to why should she would even think to play that card. While calling the actual Manager on the speaker- she told me I was raccist. Is this really the type of service you deliver to cumstomer? This Outdoor warehouse will not see me again!!
I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for 2 years now. I initially started my Vodacom contract using the online service which was great as I received my new Iphone the following day. Finally 2 years have passed and I was due for a new upgrade which I thought doing it online would be a 'good' idea after I was so impressed with the previous service I received . I did an online upgrade on 27 Augustus 2018, my upgrade was completed online and should have been delivered the following day. On 28 Augustus 2018 I called customer services to ask when I would receive my delivery and they replied that the package was sent back due to a mail RAM received from Vodacom stating that my order was fraudulent. No one called me to verify if the upgrade was correct or called me to let me know about the whole situation. I called Vodacom multiple times, with all the vodacom numbers I could think of, but no one could tell me what the reason was, I even went to a Vodacom shop at Menlyn as requested by one of the call assistants, and the Vodacom shop also could not do anything to assist me- they only showed me the status of my upgrade which only shows that my new phone was already activated, which could not be true as I did not receive the phone yet. Their solution was to cancel my upgrade and wait 14 working days before I can apply for a new upgrade. I CANNOT THINK THAT THIS IS THE SOLUTION. I sent a mail to ********** which they refuse to answer. I even got the number of the guy who lodge the mail and who is actually responsible for this huge mess up, OBVIOUSLY also not answering his phone and after a while calling him too much his phone is off. I am still looking for a solution to this as I do not get help from ANY vodacom assistant.
