This is the most *********** people i have seen in my life. Payment was made on the 2nd Oct and Makro got it and confirmed its paid but i still get 10 calls a day from these people to say i have not paid! If you speak to a supervisor they are just as useless i have had it with these people bunch if idiots

I got a rooter online on special after 2 weeks my service was susspended when i phoned telkom i was told its registered to another person who did not pay so it was susspended. I was told to go do a sim swap. Still after 2 weeks and a hundered phone calls i was told to go to a shop again where i was told i needed some papers and i have to pay!! Now i pay for a service i dont have and have to pay for a mistake telkom made!!!! I am so sorry i ever got a contract from telkom!!!!!
