Since I have been waiting for my refund on my funeral cover policy that I cancelled on the 11 /11/2023 . The November premium I got in 3 working days . The December premium i never got it till now when I call the agents at the call Center the other one told I will get my refund on within 3 working days when called last week and today I called again today they told me I will get my refund after 30days . Please clarify this . This is the reason why I cancelled the policy.
I had attended an event on the 30th of September at Elkah Stadium in Soweto Rock the event organizer is Mr Mo****di Molefi. On arrival to the event we were given wrist bands to load money in to buy food and beverages , as the event is sponsored by Standard Bank we were told inorder to receive our refunds if there's still money left on the wrist band we would have to Scan the band with a QR scanner app and receive 10digits to SMS to 43553 and we would receive a pin for the instant money (refund). I had followed the instructions since the beginning of the week and I have not received R600 refund please adhere to this complain, thanks
Afcho has lack of tenants considerations, there was an agreement made between me and their Credit Controller due to rent payment every month of the 15th as I am a government employee so I am only able to pay rent there off. I have been receiving letters of demand after all the agreements via emails and phone calls, I so disappointed with their service I would never recommend it to anybody who is looking for accommodation. Please adhere to this complain ,thanks
