My order arrived almost instantly, I ordered my product and it arrived the next day!
I connected to the technical team (Dino) to establish why my router was not connected and got some very informative assistance. Not only did Dino solve the problem I called in for but also offered advice on how to improve my booster connectivity and performance.
Travelstart make it impossible to cancel a flight in an emergency as they do not have a call centre to speak to an actual person. Everything is done via Whatsapp or query forms. I bought a ticket for my maid to go to Zim and she had to get a PCR test which she only received the results the evening before she travelled and they were positive. She did not have any symptoms so was not expecting the possibility of a positive result. There was no response from the whatsapp msgs and we have logged a query and today the 5th day after the departure date we have had no response. I can’t even change/cancel the return flight with the whatsapp and query options!
It is impossible to get hold of any Body 20 contact to sort out an unauthorized debit order. I had a 6th month contract with Body 20 Kyalami and have had a 7th debit order deducted from my account. I obviously could not use the service during the lockdown but honored my service agreement nonetheless. Then I get an additional debit order outside the 6th month period during a time where I can ill afford unexpected costs! I am just really annoyed that they remain (Head office and Kyalami) unreachable.
