If I could give them zero stars I would. Toothbrush stopped working and still within warranty. Tried to get hold of Oral-B South Africa to no avail. Emailed them from website, got a reference number and then nothing. Chat feature on their website does not work. No response of Facebook. X, I only managed to get hold of USA. They could not help me. I even phoned the offices and wrote an email to reception for the product manager. Didn’t even respond. I bought a Philips Sonicare. I actually prefer it to the Oral-B, so I should probably thank them for their pathetic service. Don’t bother with them because if you have an issue, you are on your own. P&G must stand for Pay and Gamble.
I currently have a contract with Vodacom. In August, someone visited a Vodacom store and *****ulently upgraded my account. I logged the dispute and the case was closed in my favour and I was assured that the original contract would be reinstated. I have been battling to get it reinstated.
I have 2 numbers with Vodacom. One is a phone line with data and the other is a data line linked to 2 SIM cards. January I run out of data on my phone. I check this during Feb and when I run out again, I query this to find that because my contract had expired in December, they took away 2 gigs of data and then decided to charge me almost 3 times what I had been paying. I then also find out that they did the same for my 5 gig data line, which had been on month to month for many years. My data cost increased tripled. I complained and was told it would be rectified and I would be credited for the difference on Jan and Feb invoices. A few days later my data sims no longer worked, so I go to the vodacom shop to get the sims checked. Here I am told that I now have a 2 year contract. It has also been 5 days and the data sims are still not working. 1) The person that put me onto contract has committed fraud by putting me on a contract without my consent 2) Vodacom just changed the agreement without informing me and Charged me what ever they wanted to charge me. 3) Despite numerous complaints and me spending around 5 hours this week trying to get this sorted out, I still do not have a data sim that works. I am also yet to receive a call from Vodacom manager despite me requesting to speak to the persons manager who put me fraudulently on these contracts If I could, I would give Vodacom a negative star rating
