Their customer care does not respond to any enquiry. I got double billed for the transcription course which i paid for using the card. I wrote emails to them, sent messages on messenger but nobody has bothered to contact me or process my refund.
The worst ever after you have paid them to assist with your credit score. Before you make payment, they advise how they can help you and tell you it takes 28 days. It's been a full 2 months and Rendani who was helping me is not replying to my messages, declines my calls and has just ghosted me.
I was referred here by my anti Natal clinic for further check up as I am 34 weeks pregnant. Ward 6 nurses, half of them are amazing friendly people and the other half is terrible. Sister Ngwenya and Sister Mazibuko are the worst. They shout at patients who are experiencing terrible labour pains and just don't seem to care. The male doctor I found there tried shouting at me and I told to not even try. The hospital is over crowded and they don't regularly check on women in labour how labour is progressing as they should.
What an amazing service. I have never received such 5 star service from any mechanic before. The guys are thorough and transparent. The communication is amazing, constant and prompt. I also love the convenience of having them drive to you than taking your car to them.
Uber drivers have become so arrogant and disrespectful lately. I am an everyday uber user and now I have to choose between the arrogant uber drivers or the dirty taxify cars. The past week has been the worst for me having drivers asking me to disclose how far am I going so they can decide whether they will come pick me up or not. This is after a driver accepts a trip then refuse to cancel telling me they not coming and I must cancel the request on my side. I am not even able to explain why I am cancelling because the only option that is there is "wrong pickup". There are instances where they would refuse to pick me up from my gate but tell me to cross the street and go to the engen garage which is across the road from where I stay. I am not even able to contact the uber offices because their website only has physical address and no contact details. The way the service is beoming poor you would swear we are getting free rides yet we paying.
