Over promise and under deliver. endless money pit.
They over promise and then under deliver, and when you complain about the under delivery they tell you to cough up more money. They also lock you out of their add accounts (not an industry standard, there is usually complete transparency) And when you ask for information they claim you don't have the right to it. I Moved marketing agencies and realized just how bad they really are. Now whenever i see companies with their cms i really feel for them.

ADT is sneaky and will hand you over to debt collectors after canceling your debit order without your consent
After a phone call about enquiring about cancelation fees because of moving house, they cancelled our debit order and then proceeded to panelized us for each month not payed. After 3 we realized something was wrong so we contacted them and heard about their error. we then reluctantly payed the 3 months and cancelation fee. 7 Days later they gave us over to a debt collector with another amount with no explanation. I also need to add they put us on hold for up to 30 min at a time so sorting this out took days, sometimes their phones also just drop. Please stay far far away from ADT they are scum.

In the last 2 weeks my internet has been out 5 times. every time its a different excuse.
In the last 2 weeks my internet has been out 5 times. every time its a different excuse. 1.Exchange de sync 2.My router became unconfigured 3.Technical issue (whatever that means) 4.Apparently i haven't payed so they cut me off but its a debit order that they just haven't picked up. 5. im not allowed to plug devices into the lan ports because other routers and extenders break theirs, so if you go with this provider you can only have the wifi signal their router puts out and nothing more. So if the wifi signal doesnt reach to your bedroom too bad.

Bad communication, incomplete order
Really bad communication, they picked of the phone once out of 15 calls. you will get it when you get it attitude. And on top of that an incomplete order.

Beka-schreder a week late on delivery, My customer now wants to cancel.
On the 11 of July 2018 an order was placed of a substantial amount of money for street light fittings from Beka-schreder, The agreement was that the goods will be delivered in 4-6 Weeks, The pop for the 50% of the order arrived in their email with a response to say the order has been confirmed on the 17th of July 2018, it is now the 3rd of September 2018 and our goods are not yet ready,t with no light in sight just excuses of delay. the order is now one week delayed and my customer for these products wants to cancel the order. I am a small business and this would be a major setback financially.
