Good day since last year 2020 I have logged to city power that my box where I buy electricity is not working they logged a ticket and sent a sms and saying it was resolved but was actually not .That's still a small problem because the real issue I am about to complain about is disgraceful. Since July there has been no power at my house city power only attended to that issue 4 weeks later so I went without power for a whole 4 weeks when they did decide to come after many calls and tickets logged they said that they can not see where the problem is and that they would have to book some machine to check as they are unable to dig the machine would take another week before it could get approval another 4 weeks passed and this is in winter I went to the branches the managers could not assist me . After another 3 and a half weeks I than complained to my community chairman they than came to put in a temporary connection after two weeks and since than no one has come to fix the actual problem I kept calling the person who booked the machine and put in the temp he even stopped responding to my calls in early December I logged another ticket to remind them that they still did not fix the actual problem they said they would send someone and no one was sent to this day again even the temp connection is not working and I am without power . Please I stay alone with my husband who is not well and my grandson I do not know what else to do .
So I have been buying cloths for years and have never had a problem with their material. I bought a hoodie and it tore by the pocket side so I just thought it was my bad luck . I bought another hoodie and the same problem but I didn't not have the time or energy to go all the way to the store to exchange. Today after work I found the new track suits that I bought my nephew had also tore his first time wearing it his not even over weight neither am I to say it was to small . I would like to say even clothing they in small business does not do that . I did not ask this stuff for free I bought that with my hard earned money . Can Mr price at least make sure they buy proper material and sell proper things to people. This is terrible and I cannot even take all this back as I have taken off the price tags and misplaced the slips . I also work all day and study I do not have the time to go back and fourth to Mr price .it's Pathetic
This is the worst burial in South Africa. My mother passed on a month ago even now I am still in mourning I payed all my cover fees every month on time without skipping any payments so I have done my part as a client .To this day I have not been paid out this since my mom passed on . Whenever I contact them they always tell me they will call back ,they in a meeting or at a funeral. This is not fair I am not asking for money for free this money that is rightfully mine . Worst experience with Jobskop my mother passed on a month ago I claimed for the burial a day after she passed and to this day I have still not received payout. I have done my part as a client and made sure I pay all my premium's and submit all the documents that they need for when she passed. 30 days later still no payout. If you think that other financial institutions give bad service than you have not been to Capitec bank . So I opened an account for my mom an elderly person of 85 years of age and that is where her Sasa money goes into . Unfortunately early this year she was diagnosed with dementia and lost most of memory. I too have problems with my spine and have to go for an operation soon. So my sister decided to to help me out with my mom since I am not in good health as well. It was agreed that I would send my mom's Sasa money that goes into her Capitec account to my sister every 3months by the way my sister stays in Botswana. 2 months ago the bank swallowed the card I went to Capitec trying to get a replacement card I was told I couldn't by Sabrina Horack and since my mom is in Botswana and not well and also has dementia and is not physically fit to travel back to South Africa . The only way they could assist me she said was to get a curatorship from the court . I did that thinking that everything would be fine and that they would be able to assist and I would be able to now send the money to my sister that my mom survives on . I get there they tell me they can no longer assist me and that I would have to open an estate account if I wanted them to help. I went to another Bank trying to open this estate account and they told me that estate accounts are only for deceased people but my mother is not dead why would they send me there ?. They than send me again from pillar to post but still didn't help me and it's been two months already I have used so my taxi fare money and petrol money because of them and they could still not assist me . I do not know anymore what to do and I was under the impression they an excellent developing bank I was very wrong!!!
