Really bad customer service. Inverter batteries only lasted 4 months @R12000 that's a *******. I was told they had a bad batch late last year and I should JUST buy another 2 batteries CAUSE THEY CHEAP RIGHT. They assured me that the next lot of batteries will definitely last longer because they changed their supplier. Even though they admitted to a bad batch they still won't replace batteries with the new better ones because my 3 month garantee is over. What a waste of money. Shocking to say the least.
Once again could I please request a call back or a reply to my email addressed to Keitumetse, Motoko or any other compitent manager with regards to when exactly I can expect to recieve the Natis documents for a vehicle I settled over a month ago. I apologize for using Hello Peter again as a Standard bank email platform but it seems these are the only messages they respond to.

STILL WAITING !!!!!! 22 Nov 2022, 15:31 Standard Bank STILL NO RESOLUTION AFTER 3 YEARS AND 7 MONTHS Once again this has been dragging on for 3 and a half years with my first complaint on Hello Peter placed on 22 September 2020 with regards to an abandoned vehicle. After little attempt on their part to resolve this issue I have since made them an offer to purchase the vehicle from them so I can get the Natis documents to then sell the vehicle myself to recover my losses. I sent an offer to Matoko Keitumetse on the 19 October and a follow up on the 26th October and yet another follow up on the 4th November with phone calls to him and the senior manager and to date still no response and phones go to voicemail Their lack of integrity and just plain pathetic service is a Joke. I have dealt with Mubeen M Rahimtoola Joseph Witticker Matoko Keitumetse and left numerous messages for Mmeli Ngobo (Manager) amongst others ........ Still this vehicle is standing here !!! Really Standard bank ?

Already 2 complaints on Hello Peter and 2 responces that I will be contacted and still NOTHING. Standard Bank Please show some integrity and live up to the comments you share on Hello Peter. A company your size should have at least 1 employee or even better a manager that takes an interest in there job and reputation of the company.
Not even Hello Peter can get Standard Bank vehicle finance to contact me one of the employees Keitumetse.matoko has yet to respond or even reply to my last email dated 26/8/20. CRRLegal.Notices@standardbank.co.za no reply since 10/07/20 Mubeen.Rahimtoola no follow up since 15/06/20. After my Hello Peter review 5 days ago still no call from Standard Bank legal department. I think Standard Bank is SHOCKING..
I am shocked at Standard Bank Vehicle Finamce. I have an abandoned vehicle standing in my workshop taking up much needed space and incurring costs everyday. After numerous attempts at emails, phone calls, lawyers letters etc NO one has yet to resolve the issue. I used to think highly of Standard Bank unfortunately I was wrong.
I placed an order and paid for it end May early June for my sons Birthday present. His Birthday has come and gone and order still hasn't arrived. I'm tired of the Covid excuses I want what I paid for.
