After years and years and years of being a vodacom subscriber, I am so annoyed by their insistence to force every customer to switch from an app that barely functions properly, to one that does not function at all. Then about all else, it is SO BUSY in that app it is ridiculous. The designers should be flayed! Then lets get to content services that can just be added to your account by a miss click apparently. This they will stop for you after the fact that you have been billed, but they will not refund you, no no, you can stand on your head, but you will pay for this supposed "Content Service" Props to the lady who helped me, who actually phoned me back. She is the only reason Vodacom gets a single star.
My alarm has not been sending signals to the control room. After phoning the control room, and receiving some of the worst phone etiquette I have ever come across, the situation was "escalated". I have been waiting 2 weeks for this so called "escalation" to do anything. After another email to Servest on the 3rd September, here we are a week later, not a single word from them. PATHETIC service.
I see all the complaints and realize that very few people understand that there has been a bunch of DDoS attaches on Cool Ideas lately. Please research and understand how difficult a period they have gone through. Call Centre is 10 times better, friendlier and knowledgeable than Telkom. Only losing a star because they are understaffed at the moment and to my opinion they are taking a tiny bit too long to resolve tickets. All in All, great service so far.
One star is already too much to give this excuse for a gardening service! Where do i start.... the actual gardening. Well, they come into your yard to do the evaluation. Which is done decently. They tell you they will need to do this and that every week/two week/month, depending on what you require. Then they pitch up, do your lawn, and that is it. They are not a gardening service, they are a lawn cutting service. They do not trim the trees they promised, they do not do your flower beds as promised. They get in there, cut your lawn as quick as humanly possible (their definition of removing ****s is to cut them as well, and then act surprised when it over runs your garden the next time they are there) and then leave promptly. Do not expect more. Now, the service. There is none. Their admin is appalling. They have no system of telling you when they are coming. If you do not request the dates they will be coming to your home, they will just pitch up and expect you to magically be there. Like we all just stay at home all month waiting on the garden service. If the foreman and his team (god knows who you will be getting the next time they come) are running late, they will not even have the decency to pick up a phone and call. They again just expect you to be home all day waiting for them. Don't even go through the trouble of trying to book a certain time of day for them to come, cause they cannot stay on schedule. Next time you think "they will come on time or late", they WILL come early. Its like they plan it that way just to mess up your day. You will also wait an eternity for your statement. that i can guarantee. STAY AWAY FROM CLEAN CUT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
