I received an account today after receiving a call from a very, very rude person stating that my account has been handed over. Minutes after that I receive an account (which I have never seen before). I contacted Lancet accounts department to try and sort it out. No luck. Such rude people. NO ONE is able or willing to help. And Lancet .... please don't comment "you are so sorry to hear about my bad experience". Just don't. Rather just admit that the accounts dept of Lancet is useless.

I cannot remotely put my disgust and utter disappointment in words towards the poor poor service, bad attitude and poor workmanship of the people who work for this Company. They are easy to collect money but then hold on to your hat because the service delivery is disgusting. I even went to discuss the issue with the General Manager but I think he was unable to assist. USELESS USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!!!!!!
